Chelsey Feller had a plan. The Smart Central High 2009 graduate was off to Mesa State with a full scholarship and dreams. Those dreams?...Grab a college education, meet a wonderful man, have a child by 25 and live happily every after.  Well, it didn't all go as planned. She did meet a guy, and she did have a baby...but it wasn't exactly a fairytale and life has gotten in the way of what was the 'dream'. Reality hits hard when we make choices. Chelsey's Allgood Story isn't about regret....she loves her child, Isabella.  Hers is about decisions we make and where they take us. The path not always as clear as those bright-eyed ambitions that fill us up as we head out into life.

At just 20 years old, Chelsey is now a single mom of a one year-old, holds down a job and contemplates her future. I sat down with Chelsey at the Coffee Shop where she works and we talked about where she is now. How was it telling her parents? ...Who had such high expectations for her...that she was pregnant and dropping out of college, giving up her Full Scholarship? And what about those Dreams? Reality, Choices, decisions and moving forward.... here is Chelsey's Allgood News.
